Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Griyora website and your purchase of products from Griyora.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
1. About Griyora
Griyora operates this online store to offer products across categories including Home & Living, Fashion & Accessories, Gifts and Lifestyle.
The Site is presently hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a hosting service provided by OpenAI.
OpenAI is not the seller of Griyora products, is not responsible for Griyora fulfilment or customer support, and is not the payment processor for purchases made from Griyora.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
Persons under 18 should make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, prices and other information.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and device-display settings.
Handcrafted or natural products may also show reasonable variations in colour, texture, shape or finish.
Material differences that are inherent to handmade or natural products are not necessarily defects.
4. Mandatory Product Information
Where applicable, product pages will display legally required product information such as MRP, net quantity, country of origin and manufacturer/packer/importer details.
5. Prices and Taxes
Product prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees.
Where required by law, displayed MRP/prices will be inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping charges, COD fees or other permitted charges will be separately disclosed before the order is placed.
6. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that Griyora has finally accepted the order.
Acceptance may depend on product availability, payment confirmation, delivery serviceability, fraud/risk checks and other reasonable operational considerations.
Griyora may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
- the product is unavailable
- the displayed price contains an obvious error
- payment fails
- delivery is not serviceable
fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
the order cannot lawfully or operationally be fulfilled.
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by Griyora, the amount received for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
7. Payments
Online payments will be processed through independent third-party payment providers.
Griyora's ChatGPT Site should not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs or similar sensitive payment credentials.
The payment provider's own terms, security practices and privacy policy may apply to payment processing.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible products, order values and PIN codes.
Where COD is available, a ₹49 COD handling charge may apply and will be disclosed before order placement.
Griyora may require prepaid payment where COD is not available or where reasonable delivery-risk controls apply.
9. Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Griyora Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping is currently:
Free for eligible orders of ₹999 or above
and
₹79 for eligible orders below ₹999.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement and refund rights are governed by the Griyora Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
11. Corporate and Bulk Orders
Large-volume, corporate gifting, customised or business orders may be subject to separate pricing, delivery schedules, payment arrangements and written terms agreed with Griyora.
12. Accounts and Information
If customer accounts are introduced, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or communicating with Griyora.
13. Reviews and User Content
Where product reviews or other customer content are enabled, submissions must be genuine and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or fraudulent.
Griyora may moderate content where reasonably necessary.
Griyora will not knowingly create or publish fabricated customer reviews.
14. Intellectual Property
The Griyora name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Griyora and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or falsely represent Griyora intellectual property without permission.
Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, couriers, messaging tools or social-media platforms.
Griyora is not responsible for the independent websites, policies or services of third parties except to the extent required by law or arising from Griyora's own contractual responsibilities to customers.
16. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Site to:
- commit fraud
- submit false information
- interfere with website security or functionality
- introduce malware
- scrape or misuse customer information
- infringe intellectual property
- impersonate another person
or engage in unlawful activity.
17. Errors and Availability
Occasionally the Site may contain typographical mistakes, incorrect availability information or pricing errors.
Griyora may correct genuine errors and update information.
If a material error affects an order that has already been paid for, Griyora will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, including refund where necessary.
18. Disclaimer and Consumer Rights
The Site and products are provided subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer-protection law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Griyora will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not arise from Griyora's breach of a legal duty.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
20. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Griyora Privacy Policy.

We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, subject to the nature and complexity of the matter.
If you prefer another person to act as Grievance Officer, change this name before public launch.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using any forum, authority or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
23. Changes
Griyora may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version and effective date will be posted on the website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under an accepted order except where required by law.
