This Privacy Policy explains how Griyora collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit the Griyora website, communicate with us, create an account where available, place an order or otherwise use our services.

1. Who Operates the Site

Griyora operates the online store and determines why and how customer information is used for Griyora's business activities.

The website is currently hosted using ChatGPT Sites provided by OpenAI.

OpenAI may process information collected through the Site on Griyora's behalf as required to host, maintain, secure and operate the Site.

3. Payment Information

Online payments will be processed by an independent payment provider.

Griyora and the ChatGPT Site should not directly store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs or similar sensitive cardholder credentials.

Those details should be submitted only through the secure interface of the applicable payment provider.

4. Why We Use Personal Information

Where COD is restricted, prepaid delivery may still be offered if the PIN code is otherwise serviceable.

and from other service providers involved in providing the Griyora service.

8. ChatGPT Sites Hosting

The Griyora Site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites.

OpenAI processes Hosted Data as necessary to host, maintain, secure and support the Site under the applicable ChatGPT Sites terms and data-processing arrangements.

ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide data residency at launch. Accordingly, information processed through the Site may be stored or processed outside India depending on the infrastructure and service providers involved.

We do not assume that any specific foreign hosting location applies unless confirmed by the applicable service terms.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, Cart/session functionality, preferences and analytics.
